FOR THE WEEKEND

~Brandy Mint Julep~
What You Need::
Glass Type, Highball
1 peach (pealed & pitted)
2 sprigs of mint
1 tsp powdered sugar
splash of cold water
2 oz/56 ml brandy
1/4 oz 7ml peach schnapps

Muddle the peach and the
mint together with the sugar
and water in the highball.
Add brandy and the peach
schnapps, stir. Put in 2 thin
slices of peach and 2 mint
leaves inside the glass as garnish.
